บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โดยใช้ MV3S3R Model ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็น 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนา 3) ตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ 4) ศึกษาผลลัพธ์ที่เกิดขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูและบุคลากร 15 คน นักเรียน 138 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็น และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันการพัฒนา อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ความต้องการจำเป็น อยู่ในระดับสูง 2) องค์ประกอบ มี 6 ขั้นตอน คือ การรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล การคัดกรองนักเรียน การส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียน การป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา การส่งต่อ การติดตามและสะท้อนผล 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โดยใช้ MV3S3R Model ประกอบด้วย Meeting (M) การประชุมผู้ปกครอง, Visit (V) การเยี่ยมบ้าน, Screening (S1) การคัดกรอง, Select Group (S2) การแบ่งกลุ่ม, Service (S3) การให้บริการ, Refer (R1) การส่งต่อ, Review (R2) การทบทวนขั้นตอน และ Reaction (R3) การสะท้อนผล 4) แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โดยใช้ MV3S3R Model มีความถูกต้อง ในระดับมากที่สุด มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก มีความเป็นประโยชน์ในระดับมากที่สุด มีความเป็นไปได้ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 5) ผลการพัฒนาระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โดยใช้ MV3S3R Model พบว่า นักเรียนได้รับการพัฒนาในทุกมิติ ส่งผลให้นักเรียนมีคุณภาพ เป็นคนดี เป็นคนเก่ง และมีความสุข

ABSTRACT

This study aimed to develop a student care and support system using the MV3S3R Model. The objectives of the study were: (1) to examine the current conditions, expected conditions, and priority needs for developing the student care and support system; (2) to explore development approaches for the system; (3) to investigate the appropriateness and feasibility of the proposed approaches; and (4) to study the outcomes of implementing the system. The sample consisted of 15 teachers and school personnel and 138 students. The research instruments included questionnaires, interview forms, and evaluation forms. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, Priority Needs Index (PNI), and content analysis.

The findings revealed that 1) the current conditions of the student care and support system were at a moderate level, and the expected conditions were at the highest level. The priority needs for system development were at a high level. 2) Six key components of the student care and support system were unveiled, including individual student identification, student screening, student promotion and development, prevention and problem-solving, referral, and monitoring and reflection. 3) The development approach of the student care and support system using the MV3S3R Model consisted of eight components: Meeting (M) for parent meetings, Visit (V) for home visits, Screening (S1) for student screening, Select Group (S2) for student grouping, Service (S3) for providing services based on students’ needs, Refer (R1) for student referral, Review (R2) for reviewing service procedures, and Reaction (R3) for reflecting on development outcomes. 4) The evaluation results indicated that the development approach had the highest level of accuracy, the highest level of appropriateness, the highest level of usefulness, and the highest level of feasibility. 5) The implementation of the MV3S3R Model contributed to students’ development in multiple dimensions, resulting in morally responsible, academically competent, and happy individuals.
