บทคัดย่อ (Abstract)
The specific purposes of this research were 1) to analyze and synthesize the elements of desirable instructional organization in the Bachelor’s Degree of Faculty of Education at Institute of Physical Education and 2) to construct a model of desirable instructional organization in the Bachelor’s Degree of Faculty of Education at Institute of Physical under the 3 steps of study procedures; namely, 1) studying the problem states of instructional organization in the Bachelor’s Degree of Faculty of Education at Institute of Physical Education through asking 294 institution administrators and lecturers, including 361 university students for their opinions by Simple Random Sampling, 2) constructing the model of desirable instructional organization in the Bachelor’s Degree of Faculty of Education at Institute of Physical Education through using opinions analysis from 17 specialists by Purposive Sampling, and 3) examining the appropriateness of desirable instructional organization model in the Bachelor’s Degree of Faculty of Education at Institute of Physical Education through bringing the draft of synthesized model according to the experts’ consensus in order to interview 17 administrators of Institute of Physical Education by Purposive Sampling. The research instruments were the interview form and questionnaire. For data analysis, Mean, standard deviation, Median, Quartile Range were utilized.
The finding were as follows:
The six respects of such model were as follows.
1) As regards the curricula, it consisted of curricula development, curricula assessment,
and curricula administration.

2) As regards the lecturers, it comprised lecturers selection, lecturers’ job description
assignment, lecturers’ performance assessment and lecturers development.
3) As regards the instruction, it concerned carrying out the learning plan, the course
syllabus, the teaching timetable, the pedagogy, the teaching loads, the supplementary teaching, the learning evaluation, and the use of learning evaluation results for university students development.
4) As regards the university students, it contained the university students admission, the
university students development, and the quality of graduates.
5) As regards the measurement and evaluation, it was made up of the principles of
measurement and evaluation, the responsibility of measurement and evaluation, and the judgement of academic records.
6) As regards the supporting factor, it was composed of buildings, library, audio visual
equipment, gymnasiums, various kinds of sport fields, medical house, information retrieving rooms and Internet, etc.
