บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อสร้างและพัฒนาการนิเทศภายในการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก
(Active Learning) ด้วยกระบวนการ HUGNA ตามวงจรคุณภาพ PDCA ที่มีประสิทธิภาพของสถานศึกษาและเพื่อพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนให้สูงขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนบ้านหนองพลวง ตำบลลุ่มระวี อำเภอจอมพระ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 การได้มาของกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้การเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating Scale) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1.เอกสารนิเทศแบบที่ 1 สำหรับนิเทศ “ห้องเรียน (เยี่ยมชั้นเรียน)”แบบประเมินความพร้อม
ของห้องเรียนในด้านเอกสารประจำห้องเรียนและการจัดห้องเรียน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับคุณภาพมาก (= 4.34, S.D. = 2.72)
2.เอกสารนิเทศแบบที่ 2 สำหรับนิเทศ “ครูผู้สอน” แบบประเมินความสามารถด้านคุณลักษณะ
ความเป็นครู ด้านการปฏิบัติงานและด้านความสามารถการสอนโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับคุณภาพมากที่สุด
(= 4.60, S.D. = 7.12) ด้านกระบวนการโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับคุณภาพมาก (= 4.37, S.D. = 4.47) และด้านผลผลิต (คุณภาพนักเรียน) โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับคุณภาพมาก (= 4.19, S.D. = 7.41)
3. ประสิทธิภาพของการนิเทศภายใน ประกอบด้วย 1) คุณภาพครู 2) คุณภาพผู้เรียน 3) คุณภาพสถานศึกษา

ABSTRACT
This research aims to create and develop internal supervision in management of active learning with the HUGNA process based on the effective PDCA quality cycle of the educational facility and to enhance the student’s educational impact. Samples include teachers at the Bannongpluang School, Lumravee subdistrict, Chomphra district, Surin province, Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The collection of samples using purposive sampling. The tool used to collect data is an approximately ratings scale. The statistics used for data analysis are percentage, average and standard deviation.
The research finds that
1. Questionnaire 1. for the “Classroom (Class Visiting)” Assessment of Availability
Classrooms in the documentation of classroom and classroom arrangement. The overall image is very high quality ( = 4.34, S.D. = 2.72)
2. Questionnaire 2. for Education “Teachers” the Assessment of Teacher Characteristics : Practical and visual teaching capabilities are at the highest quality
( =4.60, S.D. = 7.12) The process side by the overall image is very high quality
( =4.37, S.D. = 4.47) and the productivity (student quality) of the overall image is very high quality ( = 4.19, S.D. = 7.41)
3. The effectiveness of internal supervision include 1) Teacher Quality 2) Student Quality 3) School Quality.
